I’m really happy with the bikini I finally received — it fits beautifully, the quality is great, and the color (pink) is lovely. However, I unfortunately had quite a frustrating experience with the ordering process.
I placed three separate orders in total. Each time, I received a confirmation and was told that my items would be shipped soon. But things didn’t go as smoothly as expected.
The first time, I was later informed that the bikini was no longer available, and my order was cancelled entirely. Okay, that can happen. But the second order was even more confusing. I ordered two bikinis, and initially everything seemed fine. About a week later, I was told that the black bikini I had ordered was only available in pink or blue, even though the website still listed black as an option. I chose the pink one, hoping the rest would go smoothly.
After that, I waited and waited — only to be informed much later that the second bikini was actually out of stock altogether. In the end, I received just one of the three bikinis I originally ordered — and even that one in a different color than planned.
My suggestion would be for the shop to improve how availability is displayed on the website. It would really help to show clearly if an item is out of stock, or which colors are still available, rather than letting customers place orders that are later cancelled or changed.
That said, I’m very happy with the one bikini I did receive — it’s truly a beautiful piece. I just hope the ordering process becomes more reliable in the future.
