1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. To start a return, please email us at support@sunnybikinis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. We do not provide prepaid return labels and customers are responsible for covering shipping costs, customs, and taxes to the unwanted return unless deemed faulty by a Sunnybikinis representative.
4. Sunnybikinis will make a full refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

3. Incorrect or Missing Products.
