We only offer standard shipping at the moment, but are working to bring you expedited shipping as soon as possible!
1. Items are shipped by ePacket or China post and reach most of the countries within 10 to 20 business days. This is an estimated delivery time. On rare occasions, delays may be affected by national holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances by the postal service. We will not be responsible for delays due to these factors.
Orders are shipped within 1 business day,once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please check your spam and promotions folders.
To protect you from international import tax, we will declare a lower value than your order value. If customs duties are incurred, you will be responsible to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.

Return
1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. To start a return, please email us at support@sunnybikinis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. The customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes, and fees of returning the product to us.
4. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, items not in their original condition, or not to the return shipping address provided by our customer service.5.Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the item within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.

1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive and process your returns package for your account to be credited.
2. Once it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days to process your account.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. We also do flash sales using discount codes. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know of flash sales and special discount codes for our valued customers.
First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a discount code field on the right-hand side of the page. Enter your code there and click “Apply.” to see the price drop reflected. Each code can only be applied once. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion.
First, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please contact our customer service team via support@sunnybikinis.com for help.
